Our Story
ReleviiMed Spine and Wellness is dedicated to providing our Central Texas community with the best healthcare possible. We believe in providing you with customized, compassionate care that fits your specific needs.
We treat all types of pain throughout the body, including lower back, joint, cancer, thoracic, and more. We also offer numerous injections, including Epidural Steroid Injections(ESI), Radiofrequency Ablations(RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulators (SCS), and more. We offer sedation for our more invasive procedures to ensure a comfortable procedure process.
Meet The Team
Medical Director
Manuel Ybarra M.D.
Dr. Manuel Ybarra is a fellowship-trained, board-certified Anesthesiologist with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his residency in Anesthesiology followed by a Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
During his time at Rush, Dr. Ybarra received the Kaitlin Selmeczi, M.D. Award, presented to physicians who exemplify compassion, humanism, and dedication to patient care. He is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered pain management services to the Texas community.

Colton Besett M.D.
Dr. Colton Besett is a fellowship-trained, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation doctor with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UT Health Houston McGovern School of Medicine. He completed his Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Besett is dedicated to improving the quality of life of his patients through compassionate, comprehensive care. Outside of work, Dr. Besett enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, following sports, and finding the best cup of coffee.
Physician Assistant
Victoria Soto-Martinez PA-C
Victoria Soto-Martinez is a certified Physician Assistant with a background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders, including back, neck, and joint pain. She utilizes musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic interventions.
Victoria earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, hiking, and watching football.
Family Nurse Practicioner
Joseph Novack FNP-C
Joseph Novack was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After serving twenty years in the U.S. Army, he earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, specializing in Family Medicine.
With over 17 years of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Oncology, and Pain Management, Joseph provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to improve patient function and quality of life. He is also certified in Medical Aesthetics, including Botox and dermal fillers, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
