Our Story
ReleviiMed Spine and Wellness is dedicated to providing our Central Texas community with the best healthcare possible. We believe in providing you with customized, compassionate care that fits your specific needs.
We treat all types of pain throughout the body, including lower back pain, joint pain, cancer pain, thoracic pain, and more. We also offer numerous injections, including Epidural Steroid Injections, Radiofrequency Ablation, Spinal Cord Stimulators (SCS), and more. For our more invasive procedures, we do offer sedation to ensure a comfortable procedure process.
In addition to pain care, we offer general health and wellness services like cryotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and more. Whether it’s vitamins, supplements, or therapy practices, we’re here to help you achieve a healthier mind, body, and soul.
Meet the Team
Dr. Manuel Ybarra
Dr. Ybarra is a fellowship trained board certified Anesthesiologist with subspecialty board certification in Pain Medicine. Dr. Ybarra received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center Medical School at San Antonio. He completed residency in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. While at the Rush, Dr. Ybarra was honored with the Kaitlin Selmeczi, M.D. Award that is awarded to physicians who exemplifies humanism, devotion and compassion. He is honored to be able to serve the Schertz community.
Jessica Perez, FNP
Jessica is a Nurse Practitioner who, after working as a registered nurse for over 17 years, decided to transition to a provider role. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Jessica has lived in San Antonio her whole life and loves giving back to her community. On her spare time Jessica loves watching her son play basketball, spend time with family, and taking her dog for a run.

Jillian Phillips MSN, FNP-C
Jillian is a Nurse Practitioner who lives in and loves the Schertz community. She was stationed at Ft. Sam Houston as an Army Nurse for 6 years before separating to pursue the provider role. Jillian and her family have lived in Schertz for the last 8 years and she looks forward to providing pain relief and wellness education to the community. When she’s not at the clinic, you will likely find her working out at Snap Fitness in Cibolo or enjoying the zoo with her children.
Autumn Lewis, MSN, FNP-BC
Autumn is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with Pain Management experience. She received her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree and FNP certification from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to credentialing, she worked as a registered nurse for over 15 years at the Brooke Army Medical Center. She looks forward to providing pain relief and education to all of the members of our Schertz community, including veterans. In her spare time, Autumn enjoys spending outdoor time with her kids, and traveling.
